Spacious holiday home over several stories with a swimming pool and a breath taking view over the surroundings and onto the sea
The holiday home has a living area of 150m² and is located on a hill on a property of 1200m². From here, you have an amazing view over the natural reserve of "La Marjal Oliva Pego" and the sea at the horizon.
Upstairs, you will find the approximately 70m² living room, a bathroom with a rain shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a window overlooking the garden with its olive trees, as well as a second bedroom with a double bed and en suite private bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with built-in closets and chairs. The living room offers an entertainment corner with hi-fi equipment, a 48 inch LED TV, DVD player, a comfortable couch and a chaise lounge. It also offers a fireplace and a very large window with sea views. Another part of the living room is equipped with a open space fully loaded kitchen, which is - amongst other things - furnished with a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is also a bar with four chairs and a dining area with a table for up to six people. In this part of the living room, you can find an additional sofa and two armchairs, which are perfect for an after-dinner coffee. Here you will also find a desk for your laptop, where you can log into the free wireless internet connection. The internet access is available throughout the house. This living area is located in one of the towers with a view over the natural reserve and with windows and doors accessing one of the seven terraces of the house, where you can enjoy the nightly sunsets. All rooms of the house are equipped with heating and air conditioning.
For bookings of more than 4 persons, there is a third bedroom called "The Blue Suite" with ensuite bathroom on a sperated level down of the swimming pool terrace and summer kitchen
, with spectacular views to the Natural Park and its own private terrasse with a vintage table and chairs for having a drink in the night or just chill out contemplating the contryside. This bedroom is connected to the upper level of the house through outside stairs. The blue suite has air conditioning (warm/cold), a big wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, TV, coffee machine, water kettle and a drink cooler. The spa-styled bathroom is very spacious and has a massage shower cabine with colour therapy lights. This bed room is ideal for the part of the family or friends who want to enjoy an extra privacy of total relax. Also to mention again that just above the blue suite, there is the summer kitchen of the pool terrasse totally equipped, with coffee machine, fridge, vitroceramica, etc, for those early birds who want to have a first breakfast or a bite, before joining their family or friends in the rest of the house.
The ground floor has a separate entrance for the two owners, who live there the whole year and who are responsible for the maintenance and the care of the house, the garden and the pool. They live in the apartment year round. This will not affect your privacy and they do not have access to the house.
The private pool (10 x 5 meters), which is properly fenced in and offers a spectacular view over the sea and the natural reserve, can be found on the third floor. The pool has varying depths which can be reached via a ladder, making the pool suitable for inexperienced swimmers. Adjacent to the pool, there is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a bar and a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator and dishes. The terrace is furnished with a dining table accommodating up to six people, chairs, lounge chairs, sun shades, etc. There are several staircases around the house, allowing you access to varying levels and giving you a place to take in the differing views of the surroundings. Relax on the swimming pool, or enjoy one of the spectacular sunsets on the "blue terrace". The terrace, from which you enter the house, is greened with a large selection of plants, such as bougainvillea, palm trees, passionflowers etc. You will also find a relax area , furnished with a Buddha statue, background music, colourful LED lights, tropical plants and lounge chairs, all making it a relaxing spot in the shade. Parking, free of charge, is available at the house.

If you enjoy horseback riding, there is a facility where you can do so within about a seven minute drive. There are also horse riding paths in the natural reserve. Kite surfing, wind surfing or scuba diving facilities can be reached within a few minutes by car. It is about five kilometres to the sea and the beach. If you are interested, you can take a day trip to Ibiza by ferry. The city of "Benidorm", which offers an exciting nightlife, is about a 35 kilometre drive. After 5 kilometres, you can get to Pego, which also offers restaurants, bars and discotheques. During the day, you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches with sand dunes in the area. Pebble beaches can be found along the coast, as well. Alternatively, visit the surrounding mountain villages, where you can sample the traditional cuisine. There is a typical Spanish restaurant only about 500 meters from the house. The neighbourhood that the property is located in is considered upscale and also offers tennis facilities, cafes and a car rental agency. In the vicinity, the "Monte Pego“is the geographical highlight of the natural reserve "La Marjal Oliva Pego“. The wetlands offer unique fish and plant species, such as rice and oranges, which find the perfect conditions to thrive here. The park is located between the two provinces of Valencia and Alicante.
