This nice holiday home was built in 1940 and has been restored in its original style. On the upper floor, there is two-bedroom apartment with exit onto a terrace with a swimming pool, while on the ground floor there is an additional bedroom. The floors are connected by external stairs. On the terrace by the house, there is a large barbeque and green area for playing badminton. You will be delighted with the historical heritage as the charm of past times is still present here. You can bathe in the sea in the bays which can be found ca. 4 km away. Parking on the plot is suitable only for smaller cars (width up to 1.5m) due to narrow passage between houses.

    “Als 6köpfige Familie haben wir uns in dem Haus wohlgefühlt. Besonders der Pool war top, aber auch die Betreuung vor Ort war super. Anmerken können wir, dass die Küche für uns 6 Personen zu klein war, auch ist das Waschbecken sehr ungünstig eingebaut. Statt des Backofens wäre ein Geschirrspüler auch deshalb sehr viel hilfreicher. In einem der Küchenschränke ist starker Schimmelgeruch. Ergänzen können wir auch, dass in den beiden oberen Schlafräumen +Küche die Decke offen ist. Der Grillplatz sieht gut aus, allerdings fehlen dort die Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 bzw. 7 Personen.
