Apartment building in a central location with a large sun terrace

Punta Brava - "the wild point" is a point of land at the tip of the black volcanic sandy beach of Puerto de la Cruz, northern Tenerife's second largest city. The picturesque borough across from the famous Loro Parque is right on the ocean.

Here you will find plazas, shops and restaurants, bars and banks, atms, taxis, hair dressers, pharmacies, newspaper agents, a church and a ferreteria, which sells everything but the kitchen sink. It is 30 meters to the ocean and 2 minutes on foot to the beach. You can reach the centre of Puerto de la Cruz by a nice walk on the beach within 20 minutes.

The guests of the Casa live in a terraced house attached on both sides, which has been extensively renovated taking biological and ecological aspects into account. The apartment is carefully and lovingly furnished and has a living room, a bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm), a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and is located directly on the house's large sun terrace, which is available to all guests . From there you can see over the neighboring houses the Orototava Valley and the Teide on one side and the sea and Puerto de la Cruz on the other.

    “The position of the place is excellent. It is close to Playa Jardin, Loro Parque, restaurants, but not in the strict center of the city, however, you can walk there by foot. The place was very clean and we were warmly welcomed by Tarik who offered us his help at any time. The apartament is well equipped. We spent wonderful time in Puerto de la Cruz. I absolutely recommend this place.”
