Holiday house with comfortable and modern furnishing, a balcony and its own garden

The holiday house is in the southernmost part of Austria, in the sunny Gailtal in Carinthia, surrounded by numerous lakes and ski resorts. The quality furnishing, made in the little workshop next door, makes the house ideal for guests seeking comfortable holiday accommodation.

The ground floor has an entrance and cloakroom area, a living room with two sofas, satellite TV and a DBD player, wireless Internet access, a book cupboard, a fireplace stove, a round dining table with an upholstered bench and chairs, and a kitchen with quality fittings, including a granite worktop, big fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher (tabs provided), coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave. There is also a study with a washing machine (detergent provided), and there is a pantry (with a broom, vacuum cleaner, games). The flowing is granite and parquet. The upper floor has a hallway with table football, a bedroom with a double bed, a cupboard, satellite TV and a DVD player, another bedroom (walk-through room) with a bunk bed and a cupboard, and a third bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, tables and chairs, a cupboard, satellite TV and a DVD player. All the beds have slatted frames and quality mattresses. Upstairs there is parquet flooring. The basement has barbecues, sun loungers, a parasol and wood for the fireplace stove. You can also store skis here.

There is a balcony on the upper floor. The private, concealed garden invites you to read, rest or grill. A solid wood garden suite, a barbecue and loungers await you. There are parking spaces in front of the house, as well as bicycle stands.

Hand towels, bed linen and table linen are provided. The bed is already made on arrival, the big fridge is ready for use, and in winter the accommodation is already heated. Heating, electricity and water are included in the rental price.

The house is romantically located opposite the organic bakery and just 100 metres from the nearest restaurant/pizzeria and from the nearest grocery shops.

    “Wir haben zwei tolle Ferienwochen im Gailtal erlebt. Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Es liegt auch sehr zentral. Von dort aus kann man die sehr schönen Seen mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichen. Lobenswert war auch die Herzlichkeit der Vermieter. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Wir werden das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen.”
