Holiday home with a pool and a patio
This spacious holiday home with an interesting floor plan accommodated up to four people on several levels and is situated in La Vegueta, Tinajo. Away from the masses of tourists and the artificial fun, surrounded by an impressive volcanic backdrop and wide vineyards, you will find La Bodega, quietly located in the centre of the island. Its location offers a perfect spot for excursions and sightseeing.
The entrance area boasts the cosy living room, where you can play board games, watch television or simply enjoy a glass of wine. The adjacent bathroom with a shower and toilet can be used as a guest bathroom or by the occupants of the downstairs double bedroom. A few steps elevated, but still on the same level, you will find a Jacuzzi with views over the spacious sun terrace - no matter the season, this is always a relaxing spot. The Canary style kitchen - also on the ground floor - has been furnished with holiday makers in mind and offers all necessities, such as a toaster, coffee maker, hast stove and a washing machine. On the top floor - accessible via a rather steep staircase - you will find an additional bedroom which offers beautiful views over the patio and the surrounding fields. The bathroom - recently renovated - is a little lower on the mezzanine. All in all, La Bodega is a spacious, high-end apartment for four people. Please note, that due to its floor plan, La Bodega is not handicap accessible. It is more suitable for young people and families, who are looking for a bit of privacy in their holiday property.
The patio area is well equipped to ensure a good time during barbecues and sun bathing. A separate barbecue area offers a fixed stone dining table and a pool (heated year round). Sun loungers and sun shades are of course available for your use.
Shopping facilities can be found after 200 and a restaurant after only 500 meters. The beach is 7 kilometres from the property.
