The 20 m2 patio is furnished with a sofa and a dining table with comfortable rattan chairs. On the property, behind the building are a paddle tennis court and the parking spaces. The 3000 m2 garden is at the front of the building and boasts a designer pool and a barbecue hut. Crossing the garden with the pool and palm trees, you reach a gate that leads to the beach. The complex is fenced in and under CCTV surveillance.
The sandy beach boasts a restaurant and cliffs on either side, which lead to the next cove. Shopping and restaurants can be found in a town close by - only about 3 km from the property.
