Holiday house with a sauna and a fireplace stove, as well as a terrace

This cosy Swedish house with a sauna and fireplace stove is on the edge of a little village in the countryside. The house is on an elevation and you can look out over the village from there.

The property is fenced to the driveway. In the large garden with fruit trees you can relax, jog in the adjacent forest, go for a walk or collect berries and mushrooms. A terrace and on-site parking are also available. For the garden there is a table and chairs as well as sunbeds and a barbecue. In cooler weather, you can also sit on the porch. The house is quiet. In winter, there is an illuminated cross-country ski run, which can be used for jogging in summer.

The house has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. It is nicely decorated, with a cozy living room and a large kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is equipped with Swedish fitted wardrobes. The house also has a washing machine, which is located in the basement. It can be received via the satellite system German TV programs. Internet access is available. From summer 2017, there is Wi-Fi and a dishwasher in the house. In the basement there is a shower and a solid wood sauna, which invite you to relax. The ceiling height of the shower is 1,90m, in the rest of the basement, it is higher. A wood central heating is of course also available and an air source heat pump, which can also be used as air conditioning. The house was painted on the outside in 2014, the veranda renovated in 2015. In the same year new furniture and a flat screen were purchased and a new stove with ceramic hob. In 2016, some rooms were renovated and painted, and the shower in the basement completely renewed and tiled.

You can shop 300 metres away and the train station is 6km away. Public transport is just 300 metres away. You can get to the swimming lake in five minutes by car. All tourist attractions and the Baltic Sea, as well as Öland, are within easy access.

    “Ein sehr schönes,liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Mit allem was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt die Ausstattung ist super. Man kann sich da echt zu Hause fühlen. Ruhig gelegen,in der Schule nebenan war nicht so viel Betrieb und selbst wenn dann sind es Kinder. Ich fand die alten Fenster mit den Scharnieren sehr schön,mal etwas anderes.In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Ecken zu entdecken. Den Elchpark in Malilla,Klamar die alte Burg und auch die Innenstadt davon,von Klamar über die Brücke nach Ödland fahren..ein Erlebnis (wenn man weiter rein fährt in Ödland kann man Kegelrobben in freier Natur sehen),in Berga gibt es einen tollen See mit Sprungturm für Kids und alle die Wasser begeistert sind.Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war echt toll,schnelle Antwort. Probleme oder Beschwerden zum Haus hatten wir nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.”

    “Es war schön, weil die Ausstattung gut, das Haus eine angenehme Atmosphäre hat und wir die Sauna sehr genossen haben. Bei einem kleinen Problem mit einer Sicherung gab es freundliche und hilfreiche Unterstützung. Aller Kontakt herzlich und problemlos. Ruda als Ort ist zentral gelegen und bietet vielelohnenswerte Ziele ringsum.”

    “Die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war leider nicht in Ordnung, vermutlich war schon längere Zeit niemand mehr dort.
    Das Haus entsprach ansonsten der Beschreibung .
    Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut .

    Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem Abwasser , allerdings hat der Hausverwalter sich darum gekümmert.
    Es konnte nur nicht gleich behoben werden, dadurch hatten wir mit einigen Einschränkungen zu leben”

    “Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist nett eingerichtet und sinnvoll ausgestattet. An der Sauna hatten wir große Freude. Es liegt direkt neben einer Schule, die einen Spielplatz auf dem Schulhof hat. Während der Ferien haben unsere Kinder dort viel gespielt, als die Schule wieder anfing, ging das nur nachmittags. Wir haben viele schöne Ausflüge unternommen - Öland, Kalmar, Glasreich, Vimmerby... Alles gut erreichbar.”
