This renovated holiday home with a large garden is ideal for a small family. Although the house has a modern decor and is equipped with modern furnishings, the typical architectural style with a veranda has been preserved. The environment is quiet, like that of a village, and is surrounded by greenery and large fields. You can enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the porch as you listen to the chirping of birds. In the village there is a nice fishing lake. You can also go fishing in Kaposvár or Deseda, about 25 km away, where there are wonderful fishing ponds. The vibrant cities of Balatonlelle and Kaposvár are located about 30 km away. You can also visit "Bonnyapuszta", located nearby or "Katica Tanya" in Patca along with your children.

    “Hinter uns liegt ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem Traumhaus! Wir haben noch sehr nettem Kontakt zu unseren Vermietern (wohnhaft in Deutschland), die uns zahlreiche Infos über Ungarn, die Gegend, das Haus, Unternehmungen, Restaurants, gegeben haben, im "wunderschön einsamen" Polány unsere Schlüssel von der Schwieger-/ Mama der Vermieter bekommen, die eine Straße weiter wohnt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und ausgesprochen liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fanden eine überdachte und möblierte Veranda mit Grill vor. Betritt man das Haus, gelangt man vom Flur in das Vollbad, das WC, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche, von dieser in das Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist durch eine Alarmanlage gesichert, das Grundstück durch einen repräsentativen Zaun eingefriedet. Auf dem Grundstück (sowie irgendwie "überall") stehen Kirschbäume, die sonnenverwöhnte Früchte tragen.
    Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Doppelbett, einen Schrank und einen Fernseher, die Küche ist mit Geschirr und Besteck, Töpfen, Pfannen, einem großartigen Kühlschrank mit Gefriertruhe sowie Gasherd, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspülmaschine ausgestattet. Den Esstisch haben wir dank des guten Wetters nicht benötigt. Im Vollbad kann man eine Waschmaschine nutzen (Wäsche kann man draußen auf den Flügeltrocknern aufhängen), ein weiteres WC ist vorhanden. Danke für die DVD- Auswahl, aber bei dem tollen Wetter haben wir das Media- Angebot und die gemütlichen Couches kaum genutzt ;-) Wem ebenfalls danach ist und zudem in einem umwerfenden Haus in Sackgassenlage eines kleinen Ortes wohnen möchte, der muss hier unbedingt buchen.”
