This beautiful villa, built in 2009, offers stunning ocean views and is located in El Paraiso de Bon Aire, Alcudia. The beautiful beach, the surrounding landscape and the proximity to the old town of Alcudia has made Bonaire a very popular neighbourhood.

The villa has three bedrooms and thee bathrooms. The furnishings of the wet rooms are above average. The sanitary facilities include e.g. floor level glass shower cabins, mono lever mixer taps and vanity units. The villa spreads over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living/dining room, the kitchen two bedrooms and a bathroom (one is an en suite). One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (200 x 200), the other bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). On the first floor you will find an additional bedroom (180 x 200 cm) with a bathroom and a large terrace with views over the bay of Pollensa. The villa boasts double glazed windows and an air conditioning unit (heating/cooling).
In the vicinity, you will find a small yacht harbour, restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a horse riding stable and one of the island's most beautiful golf courses.
