The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a private residential house in the centre of Magomadas, a charming locality on the west coast of Sardinia and just a few kilometres from the sea.
The holiday apartment is very inviting and has a tasteful decor. It is very cosy, due to the stone walls, the wooden ceilings and parquet flooring in the bedrooms and terracotta in the living room-kitchen, which is spacious and comfortable. It has a dining table, chairs, a TV with a DVBT antenna, a brick-built and well-equipped kitchen unit and a usable fireplace. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 190cm) and a wardrobe and provides access to a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a washing machine. The second bedroom has a romantic double bed made of wrought iron (180 x 190cm) and a dresser. The room has a cabin with a WC and a shower, with a washbasin next to it. Both bathrooms provide a hairdryer and set of toiletries. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (cool/warm) and there is wireless Internet access.
The bedrooms provide access to a balcony with a lovely view of the surrounding landscape and the sea. Cars can be parked on the street, about ten metres from the apartment.
If you like you can sample the owner’s own wine and purchase it (subject to availability). There are also some bicycles available for use for a small fee, at the B&B nearby belonging to the same owner.
In Magomadas you can find grocery shops, tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy and bars. The Magomadas wine museum is also nearby. It is five kilometres to the medieval town of Bosa and 50km to the airport at Alghero. The beaches are 3km away, a few minutes by car.
