This is a grand 5-bedroom villa in Rieux-Minervois built in the 18th century. It is on a vineyard and features a swimming pool. It's perfect for a vacation with friends or family.

The town of Narbonne is 35 km away and here you can soak in culture and visit white sandy beaches where you can surf and sail. The medieval town of Carcassonne is 25 km away. Languedoc-Roussillon is famed for its inviting seaside resorts, centuries-old fishing ports and luxury yacht harbours. The region has 200 km of coastline along the Mediterranean Sea. There's a lake 10km away. You will find a tennis court, supermarket, and restaurants within 3km of the home.

The home has a table tennis table, a garden with furniture and a terrace with barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. It offers bed linen, kitchen linen and bath towels.
