Nestled in a very well-kept garden with lemon trees, lavender and olive trees, this modern villa welcomes you at ground level at the gates of Grasse and thus near Cannes. It is part of a small residential complex in a quiet location. The modern kitchen opens onto the dining area, and in front of the pool a terrace invites you to barbecue with the whole family. Saint-Jacques, the old village center of Grasse, impresses with colorful, car-free alleys and invites you to stroll and have lunch on its many squares. Via the nearby main roads you can quickly reach Cannes (15 km) with its Boulevard de la Croisette and the picturesque town center Le Suquet. From there you can also cross to the Lérins Islands. Stop in the old village of Mougins (10 km) or in the pedestrian village of Valbonne (11 km), which, in addition to its central square, also attracts evening markets throughout the summer. Take the coastal road that connects Cannes with Nice (40 km) to Antibes with its square fort and markets.
