These luxury villas built in 2015 are in the most beautiful part of Rhodos, on the Prasonisi peninsula, with its pristine landscape. It is just five minutes to the beach and a few steps into the pretty, traditional village of Kattavia. As a guest at these holiday houses you can benefit from a quiet location close to nature.
The environmentally friendly houses are clad with natural stone and provide their guests a high standard of comfort in stylishly designed rooms. Satellite TV and free wireless Internet access are provided, as well as free use of air conditioning in all the rooms.
Each villa has its own private swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a grill. The outdoor lighting provides an atmospheric, romantic ambience in the evenings. Parking spaces are available.
The two adjacent villas can also be rented together, subject to availability, by families or groups of friends. They can accommodate up to 13 people. A private cook and home help can be booked in addition at a supplementary charge. The rental price includes weekly cleaning of the house and the pool, as well as use of bath towels, pool towels and slippers. Guests receive a welcome package with local products upon arrival.
The villas are closer than any other holiday house to the lovely and famous beach at Prasonisi. It takes just five minutes to get there, a popular spot for surfers and kite surfers. The lovely beach at Apolakia is only a three-minute drive away and the sandy beach at Plimmiri is 8km away. The village of Kattavia, with a grocery shop and restaurants, is just 100 metres away.

The villa has a big terrace with a lovely swimming pool with an overflow and white marble. Next to the pool there is a big, brick-built grill and there is also a shower. Wooden loungers invite you to sunbathe. The villa also offers a professional 100 sq.m. private

This villa is ideal if you are looking for sun, peace and quiet, and relaxation. It provides 100m² of living space and a cosy atmosphere, with space for six adults and a baby. The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a 32” HD TV, as well as a tiled en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. The second bedroom also has a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a 24” HD TV. It affords a view of the nearby church. The third bedroom has another double bed (160 x 200cm) and a 27” HD TV. New, quality mattresses and pillows ensure a good night’s sleep. A cot for a baby is available free of charge on request. The second bathroom has a shower with natural pebbles. The living room features natural stone, exuding a cosy atmosphere. It comprises a sitting area with a sofa and a TV (47“ 3D Smart TV), with an adjoining dining space and fully-equipped, modern kitchen.
All the TV sets in the house have USB ports, so every guest can use their own data, films, photos or music.
Parties, events or any use of the villa's facilities by a higher number of people than booked are not allowed, subject to the regulations of the Greek Tourism Organization.
