The property is in the mountainous region of Macerata in the Marche, between the sea and Monti Sibillini National Park. It is an old country house from the 19th century that is family-owned. The country house is at 650 metres above sea level, in a quiet and secluded location.
The country house is divided into two holiday apartments with rustic and elegant furnishing. The stone walls are particularly eye-catching and give the rooms a special atmosphere, so you feel like you are stepping back into the past. As the rooms can be heated, the apartments provide ideal accommodation the whole year round for a holiday in the hilly landscape of the Marche. Fans are available if required. Owing to the insect screens in the windows you can leave the windows open. Wireless Internet access is available. The apartments are equipped with satellite TV, a washing machine, ironing equipment and a stereo system. A cot can be set up. Bed linen, towels, table linen and kitchen towels are provided, along with cleaning utensils.
The plot of land measures around three hectares and is surrounded by typical vegetation.
Outside there is a park with a pool, as well as a private terrace. The big garden around the house is ideal for spending peaceful and pleasant moments away from it all. The pretty stairs leading from the house to the park with the pool are also impressive. Use of the pool is shared by the two apartments. The site is enclosed by hedges and a low wooden fence. Private parking spaces are provided on site. You can enjoy a breathtaking panorama, stretching from the nearby and impressive Monti Sibillini across the wonderful landscape to the famous Adriatic Sea coast – a truly magical landscape.

The farmhouse is in the midst of an area that is rich in history, culture and beauty. There are various walking trails or mountain bike routes for exploring the landscape.
