Light and air-conditioned apartment with modern furnishing, on a generous site
This apartment enjoys a quiet and beautiful location by the Hausach cycling trail in Gutach, Hornberg, with connections to the Kinzigtal cycle path and the famous Black Forest hiking trail from Pforzheim to Basel.
The non-smoking apartment for a maximum of four people has been charmingly and functionally furnished in a modern style and leaves nothing to be desired. It provides a light living room with a corner sofa and a dining space with a table and four chairs. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed (170 x 200cm). A flatscreen TV, DVD player and micro stereo system provide entertainment. The apartment has air conditioning. The separate built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and all essential electrical appliances also has a little table with two chairs. You can make yourselves comfortable in the bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm). There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and WC. The rental price includes bed linen and towels. You can use a washing machine free of charge, which is in the office on the ground floor, during office opening hours.
The holiday property has a generous outdoor area with a grill, seating and garden loungers. There are parking spaces right by the property.
Within less than 500 metres you can find shopping facilities, several restaurants, doctors, pharmacies etc. The Vogtsbauernhof open-air museum, a summer toboggan run, a swimming pool, an indoor pool and the Black Forest model railway are nearby. All the aforementioned places of interest are a maximum of two kilometres from the accommodation, so you can even walk there.
