Generous holiday house on an extensive site with a pool, Jacuzzi and private garden
The typical Provençal holiday house provides 140m² on two floors, with space for up to eight people. The house was built in 1993 and last renovated in 2014. It is in a residential area on the Giens peninsula belonging to Hyère.
The ground floor has two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200cm). The upper floor has a double bed (160 x 200cm) in the master bedroom and a sofa bed for two people (150 x 195cm) in the study. Each bedroom has air conditioning that can be regulated individually, next to the door, not facing the bed. All the bedrooms have fly screens in the windows. A cot is available on request. There are two bathrooms with multifunctional shower and a hairdryer. The fully-equipped kitchen has an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a big fridge, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and two clothes horses next to it. The spacious living room provides a fireplace, a dining table, a sofa, satellite TV and a DVD player. Wireless Internet access is available in the house.
The enclosed site has a pool and a Jacuzzi, as well as a planted garden all around. The site totals around 1205m². There are an outdoor shower, a grill and a partially roofed terrace with garden furniture by the pool. You can enjoy a 180° view of the blue Mediterranean Sea from the terrace. There are three parking spaces on site, two of which are roofed.
It is about 100 metres to the seashore from the house. There are also public transport connections about 100 metres away. It is about 1km to a restaurant and shops. There are boats from the Giens peninsula to the neighbouring island of Porquerolles.
