There are two bathrooms. One bathroom boasts a shower tub, the other bathroom a shower, a sink and a toilet. The modern kitchen has an adjacent utility room is furnished with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The large, air conditioned living room is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a cable television and a DVD player. There is also a small dining table.
