A fully-equipped holiday apartment in a single-family house with a shared garden, with a sandy beach just 3km away.
Your holiday apartment is in a single-family house on a separate site on the edge of tow. The hosue was built in 1905 as a timber-framed structure. It was modernised and newly renovated in 2015. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house.
The site is completely fenced. Bicycles, prams etc can be stored in a barn building. The site totals 550m². There is a ca. 120m² sitting area with camping furniture, a big parasol, loungers, a grill and a sandpit. There is a rotary dryer with pegs in the courtyard. The facilities are for shared use. You can park your car right by the gable side of the site or by the little park opposite. The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Your holiday accommodation of 76m² provides three rooms, a kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom. The big living room has a dining corner with six chairs, a pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200cm), a coffee table, two loungers (200 x 90cm), and a wardrobe. One bedroom is a combined living and sleeping room with a futon bed (140 x 200cm), a wardrobe, a desk and a table with two chairs. The second bedroom has two wooden beds (90 x 200cm), a wardrobe, a little sofa and a lounger (70 x 160cm) for a child up to 10 years old, as well as a coffee table and two chairs. The kitchen has a window, an oven, a stove with a ceramic hob, a sink, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, a narrow table with two chairs, various pots and pans, glasses, crockery etc. the bathroom has a shower, a WC, a washbasin and a washing machine. The hallway has a wardrobe with a mirror. The flooring consists of wooden floorboards laid with laminate, it is only the kitchen and hallway that are tiled. The single-family house has cable TV. Each room has a TV and radio. The apartment can be used all year round. It has gas heating that is normally only in use during the heating period from 1.10. to 30.4. Bed linen is included in the rental price, as well as hand and shower towels, tea towels, electricity, gas and water. The entrance to the holiday apartment is on the courtyard side, as are the two bedrooms, so it is quiet.
A sandy beach with fine powdery sand is about 3km away and comprises a textile beach, a nudist section and a section for dogs. There is a children’s playground. About 700 metres away, in the centre of the little town, there is a beautiful market square surrounded by historical, carefully restored buildings, restaurants, shops and bars. There are museums, a castle, a harbour, and the St. Marien Church nearby. Live concerts are held on the market square twice a week during the summer months. The animal park is also very interesting, with its monkey forest that you can walk around and a climbing forest. It is recommended to visit the botanical gardens in Christiansberg, go on a boat or raft ride on the Uecker or on a trip around the Haff. You can also go fishing or on cycle tours on well-developed cycle trails, or riding at the nearby riding stables. Many events are held in the Ueckerpark and by the harbour during the summer months, such as Haffsail, open-air concerts, Haff days, a harbour festival, a castle courtyard spectacle etc. There is also a big children’s playground. You can go on day trips to the island of Usedom, about 40km away by car or by ferry, or to the neighbouring country Poland.
