    “Der kleine Ort ist eher etwas für Leute, die ihre Ruhe möchten. Zum Einkaufen gibt es den wirklich perfekten Supermarkt ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einziges Manko - kein Bäcker = kein frisches Baguette. Die riesige Bucht mit perfektem Sandstrand und der schönen Heidelandschaft dahinter lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein.”

    “Lampaul-Ploudalmézeau liegt unmittelbar am Meer und ist ein kleiner, sehr ruhiger Ort, ideal zum entspannen. Der Strand ist sehr schön und zum Baden und Schwimmen gut geeignet. Im Ort selbst gibt es eine Bar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art findet man im ca. 4 km entfernten Ploudalmézeau. Dort kann man auch im Fremdenverkehrsbüro Fahrräder ausleihen. Sehenswert ist der Leuchtturm auf der Ile-de-Vierge, die aber nur über Fähre erreichbar ist. Dafür sollte man sich vorher nach den gezeitenabhängigen Fahrzeiten erkundigen. Brest ist nicht weit entfernt, auch eine Tour an der Küste entlang Richtung Süden zum größten aufrecht stehenden Menhir und zum westlichsten Punkt Frankreichs, Kap Pointe de Corsen, ist lohnenswert.”
