The Minisuite and furnished with brand new furniture and decorated, it has a large car park just a few meters.
The beach is only 4 minutes away and is preceded by a beautiful pine grove with a jogging trail very well prepared. The pine forest is part of the National Park of Santa Filomena. The beach has golden sand beaches, comfortable for sunbathing and for those who wanted to make a therapeutic use, suitable for sand, great for rheumatism and prevent forms of arthritis.
Just in the direction of Minisuite there is a beach with free access free with a kiosk for drinks and snacks. Bathing the sides are well organized with bars and restaurants on the beach and rent beach umbrellas, sunbeds and pedalos
The coast is full of palm wine bar, disco bar, seafood restaurants, tennis courts, soccer field, beach volleyball. Has it all for fun.

A bus connects the city center in a few minutes, while for bike lovers to 100 meters there is the Park Road that, away from cars and motorcycles, you can reach the city center without problems.
At 300 meters there is the entrance to a highway that leads in 5 minutes Airport of Abruzzo and at toll Rome, Bari and northern Italy.
Ideal starting point for hiking in the mountains and in the beautiful Abruzzo countryside, full of villages, monuments, Wineries and restaurants that tell the history and gastronomic culture of our people.
