Nice Apartment in Solarolo with Common Pool and Mountain View

This apartment is on the ground floor of the house. It is light and provides around 60m² of living space. The apartment has a comfortable and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed (180 x 1890cm), a dresser, a TV table with a TV, and a wooden table and chairs. The cushions and fabrics match and are in good condition. The kitchen unit is conveniently equipped with a microwave and provides crockery and cutlery for four people. The fridge with a freezer compartment is new. Many decorative features provide a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom is light and pleasantly big. It has bedside tables and a wooden double bed with orthopaedic mattresses and a slatted frame, as well as a cupboard. Carefully selected bedside lamps and daytime throws create a cosy atmosphere. The bathroom is functionally equipped, tiled and has a shower and a window.

The veranda is as big as a living room, is airy and shaded even at midday. It has a red brick fireplace for grilling and a table and chairs made of white plastic. From here you can look out at greenery and at the pool.

The boiler room is in front of the entrance to the apartment and serves as a practical storage room for cleaning utensils, clothes horses and so on. A vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, fan and hairdryer are provided.

You can hire an iron on site for 5 euros per use. The use of a safe costs 1 euro per day.

    “Mein Partner, unser Rottweiler und ich wurden von der Familie Avanzi sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnungen sind sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Es ist eine schöne, rustikale Einrichtung, sehr einfach gehalten. Im Außenbereich hat jede Wohnung einen Kamin zum Grillen und Liegemöglichkeiten.
    Das Gelände ist komplett eingezäunt und nur über einen Schlüssel betretbar.
    Unser Rottweiler konnte sich im Gelände frei bewegen und spielen (auch mit Jago, den Hund der Familie hatte sie Spaß beim Toben).
    Bei Fragen und Empfehlungen konnte man sich immer an Frau Avanzi wenden.”

    “Es war einfach perfekt!! Sehr nette Gastgeber, beim Problem mit unserem Auto ist die Gastgeberin sogar mit uns zur Werkstatt gefahren und hat alles geregelt mit denen! Perfekter Service. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und super gepflegt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal dort hinfahren!!”

    “Das Apartment und die Anlage, toller gepflegter Garten, ist sehr schön und das Apartment ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist eine liebenswerte, nette hilfsbereite Frau... unsere Tiffy und der Jago waren sofort Freunde. Die Anlage ist rundum gesichert und es geht daher auch kein Hund verloren. Leider gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen...wollten gerne mal die Nachrichten ansehen.”
