Holiday between Etna and the sea in an elegantly furnished semi-detached house with a private garden
This semi-detached house is in Lavinaio, at the foot of Etna National Park. The living space of around 100m² is spread over two floors. All the rooms have modern and stylish furnishing. Up to five people can be accommodated comfortably here. The apartment is ideal for a family with children or for a small group.

On one side there is the lounge corner with four comfortable wicker armchairs, a coffee table and a modern flatscreen TV. On the other side there is the built-in kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. It also has a kitchen table with four chairs. Internal stairs lead to the upper floor with the relaxation area. There are three light and comfortable bedrooms: a two-bed room (beds 90 x 195cm), a single room (bed 90 x 195cm), as well as a double room (bed 165 x 195cm). All the bedrooms have large wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps. The double room has its own ensuite bathroom, a modern daylight bathroom with a shower cubicle, washbasin, WC and bidet. On the upper floor there is also a second stylishly fitted bathroom with a shower. Free wireless Internet access is available.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own balcony. The living room on the ground floor opens directly into the terrace and the large, well-tended garden with old olive trees. This outdoor area is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Owing to comfortable garden furniture, it is possible to enjoy meals outdoors. Three sun loungers invite you to relax on the lawn.
There is no air conditioning, but the house stays pleasantly cool in summer, as it is on a hill. Heating, on the other hand, is available in all the rooms. The owners live in the other half of the house. There are free outdoor parking spaces in front of the house.

It is about 20 minutes by car to the beaches by the Ionian Sea (10km). The towns Catania and Taormina are a 30-minute drive away.
