This romantic natural stone house enjoys an ideal seaside holiday location within walking distance oft the beach and right at the heart of the old town of the picturesque little coastal village of Murter on the Croatian sunny island of the same name.Authentic natural stone house recently (2015) converted into a modern holiday house with a sea view from the private sunny terrace
The house dating back to 1800 was extensively renovated in 2015, providing modern amenities for a comfortable stay. During the renovation attention was paid to preserving the traditional elements, so solid stone walls and wooden ceiling beams tell the story of past times. The living space of 70m² is spread over two floors and comprises a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a daylight bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room on the ground floor provides a comfortable sofa and an armchair, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels and a USB port, a stereo system, a safe for your valuables and a wooden dining table with chairs. The modern, white, built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bath with a shower attachment, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and even a washing machine. Wide stairs lead up to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 200cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be pushed together as a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. There is a convenient separate guest toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the house can be used free of charge.
The bedrooms on the upper floor open onto the private sunny terrace with a table, chairs and an electric grill. You can end a long day on the beach here with a glass of Croatian wine and a view over the sea. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking space right in front of the house.
Your pet is also welcome on request, if you do not wish to go on holiday without it.
Your holiday house is less than 30 metres from the blue sea and about 300 metres from the nearest beach with crystal clear water. The cafés and restaurants, bars, bakeries and colourful markets of the old town are about 150 metres away. A boat trip to the islands of the nearby Kornati National Park should definitely be on your trip list.
