Cosy holiday apartment on Amrum with a view of the tidal flats
This holiday apartment is on the second floor of a four-storey apartment building, right next to the lift, and provides ample space to stretch out and relax. The apartment was last renovated in 2013 and is on a holiday complex.
The 63m² apartment provides a living room with two sofas, a cupboard bed (160cm wide) for two people, a stereo system with a USB port, a radio and CD function, as well as a satellite receiver. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200cm wide), a sofa bed (200cm wide) and a wardrobe. There is also a kitchen with an adjoining dining corner. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an electric stove, a microwave, kettle and toaster. The owner can provide a highchair and a child’s bed free of charge. A bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer round off the apartment. Heating and free wireless Internet access are available in all the rooms. An iron and ironing board can be used free of charge.

The kitchen opens onto a loggia with a view of the tidal flats. There is a lift into the cellar with a swimming pool (8x5m) for shared use, a steam sauna and a Roman sauna, as well as a table tennis room and a children’s playroom. These amenities can be used free of charge. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for use. The cellar has bathrooms with a shower and toilet and a storage room for bicycles. On the ground floor there is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious meals. A free car parking space is available by the house. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is 300 metres from the Wittdün ferry dock. It is just 50 metres to the shopping promenade with shops and restaurants. There is bicycle hire 20 metres away, not far from the ferry dock. The nearest supermarket is just 50 metres, while it is 200 metres to a bakery and a bus stop.
