The domicile consists of two separate apartments and a fenced garden. At the front of the plot is the pool area while at the back there is a covered terrace with barbecue area. The small town of Fažana has grown from a fishing village into a popular tourist destination with numerous bars and restaurants, where many events take place. From the local port boats leave daily for the opposite Brijuni National Park.
