It's well known for its beautiful beaches and a 7 km long walking trail. Near the house you can find restaurants, cafes and beautiful beaches and beach clubs.
The house boasts a large fenced garden. It has an outdoor jacuzzi with a generous sunbathing area. Also there are barbecue area. The garage offers three parking places in front of the house.
This single-storey house is about 120 m² in size and consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a modern bathroom.
