House Sagogn/Laax

The bright and sunny creatively arranged apartment is situated in the middle of the historic village, with a view of the golf course and mount Piz Mundaun.
The apartment can accommodate 9 persons. There is a spacious central room that offers a comfortable living area, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, expresso machine, convection oven, grill, water kettle, mixer, toaster, etc.). A glass loft and a large adjacent balcony expand that central living space. One can retreat to two large bedrooms that each have a queen bed, a quaint single bedroom, or the rooms with twin beds in the gable.
There is a large bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Store your shoes in a dedicated cabinet next to the entrance and your hiking or skiing gear in the basement wardrobe. The basement has also space next to the heater to store and dry the boots/skies and there is a work bench.
In front of the entrance is one free parking space, with additional free parking in 2-minute walking distance.
The apartment is ideally situated for all activities: Within a 3-minute walk is the bus stop for a short ride to the bottom of Weisse Arena (Flims – Laax – Falera), a boundless winter and summer paradise for skiing (224 km of ski runs), biking and hiking; walk a short distance to the cross country tracks or 19 hole Sagogn golf course in the summer; start your regular- or mountain bike ride in any direction; drive a short distance to the Rhein for river rafting, kayaking, swimming/playing at the water or grilling sausage over a driftwood fire. There are a variety of longer or shorter hikes that let you experience the beautiful nearby Rhein canyon or mountains in the region. You may also just take an easy walk in or around the historic village, with background sounds of goat bells or bleating sheep.
Local food and drink can be enjoyed across the street at Stiva Grischun or at the nearby golf club. We recommend you get your groceries at the small store in the village, though in nearby Ilanz (regional center for business) you can also find supermarkets like Migros, Coop, Lidl and Aldi. Furthermore, the nearby resort town of Flims provides ample opportunities for shopping and has a broad variety of restaurants and bars.

    “Positiv: Das Haus liegt drei Gehminuten vom Skibus entfernt. Ist sehr gut ausgerüstet und bietet mehr als genug Platz. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Vermieter sind super herzlich und zuvorkommend.”

    “Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Positiv: Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert.
    Das Haus ist ganz besonders und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Negativ: Ein paar Kleinigkeiten fehlten in der Küche: Brotmesser, Schwingbesen
    Der Preis war hoch, wir waren aber sehr froh, kurzfristig noch etwas gefunden zu haben.”

    “Eine heimelige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Der verfügbare Platz ist zwar überschaubar, aber maximal ausgenutzt, sodass sogar zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) mit etwas Kompromissbereitschaft eine tolle Ferienzeit haben können. Positiv: Die Ferienwohnung ist unglaublich toll ausgestattet. Es gibt nichts, was in der Wohnung fehlen würde. Insbesondere die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Negativ: Der Boiler hat leider nur begrenzt warmes Wasser, sodass bei unserer grossen Gruppe (9 Personen) die letzten immer kalt duschen mussten. Bei sovielen Personen ist eine Nasszelle / WC etwas knapp. Restaurant: Bündner Rigi - Das Berg-Gasthaus liegt hoch erhaben über dem Val Surselva und reizt mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht und einer einladenden Sonnenterasse. Unser Gastgeber Stefan hat uns mit seinem herzlichen Appenzeller-Charm vom ersten Augenblick an eine warme Gastfreundschaft entgegengebracht und wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt.”
