The nostalgic BARONY LE PERGOLE with 3 villas and totally 10 apartments  -- and all with its own entrances directly from outside -- is situated in the exclusive quarter of the municipality of LUGANO namely Castagnola at foot of Monte Brè near the lake and at the start of the romantic footpath along the lake to the picturesqeu fisher-village "Gandria". This extraordinary historic residence thrones peaceful and sunny away from the disturbances of urban and cantonal roads between private blind alley "via Violetta" and the antique Oliven-footpath of Lugano-Castagnola = "Viottolo degli Agavi"
 
Shared indoor-poolfor swimmers from  8 years accompanied by adults -   4 x 8 m -with charge- in function from June until September with 140 m2 common-sunbathing-terraces with ping-pong, deck-chairs, sunshade on disposal for the guests.
Reserved at any time closure due to Covid.

The apartments are tastefully and comfortably in part with precious antique furniture (for connoisseurs)furnished: Washer with inteagrated dryer and or common dryer in the small washhouse on the common terrace. TV.  WiFi and safe free of charge. Airconditoning and/or climate apparatus. To: Lake Lugano with bathstage (for adults) and boat-stage 130 m + steps, landing-jetty fo the ship-line service at museum "Villa Heleneum" 250 m, Lido San Domenico 400 m, bus-stops 70-400 m, restaurants 300 m, supermarkets, Lido Lugano, tenniscourt, fitness-center, funicular Monte Brè within 1,2 - 1,5 km. Center Lugano 2,5 km. Residence run by the owner who lives at the place.

Parking for 4 pers. car or VAN available on request CHF 105-210 / week to be paid on arrival in cash.
Electric-current-consumption upon counter to be paid. 
The extra-costs are to be paid on arrival in cash as also to let on arrival  in cash the guarantee-deposit of CHF 800.

Other leisure facilities: Wonderful footpath over the antique Oliven-way in Castagnola along the lake to the romantic fisher's village "Gandria" reachable in between the garden-door north-west of the Barony.

Saloon with direct acess to the big terrace with lakeview, dining tabele/seats, deckchairs, sunshine-tentIn the living behind 4 antique doors built-in kitchen with window.

Other kitchen equipment (Kitchen1): kitchen (with high-grade steel- and marmble working area) with window und to cover by 2 antique double-doors, so that after finished working the saloon becomes more cosy. Special appreciated by Germain guest.

    “Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Positiv: traumhafte Aussicht, sehr schönes Anwesen, jede Wohnung hat seinen eigenen Flair und ist individuell mit schönen antiken Möbeln eingerichtet. Sehr sauber, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Ideal gelegen, sehr ruhig.”

    “Alles in allem sind für mich die Miete plus die enormen zusätzliche Kosten für diese Wohnung viel zu hoch. Positiv: Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Sie liegt nicht weit vom See entfernt und nahe bei Lugano. Man sieht teilweise auf den See. Es war ruhig in der Nacht, obwohl das Schlafzimmer direkt über der Zufahrtsstrasse zur Wohnung lag und auf die Seite des Parkplatzes. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Sie hat mir sogar einen Blumenstrauss gebracht an meinem Geburtstag. Sie ist schon 80 Jahre alt und es ist beeindruckend, was sie noch leistet in ihrem Alter. Negativ: Die Betten waren nicht sorgfältig bezogen, die Bettwäsche war nicht geglättet. Die Wohnung wirkte am Anfang verstaubt. Die Küche ist für eine Wohnung mit 4 Betten definitiv zu klein.Sie hat keinen Backofen und keine Geschirrwaschmaschine, was bei einer Wohnung, die zu dem Preis vermietet wird, zu erwarten wäre. Die Parkplatzmiete von 110 Fr war viel zu hoch. In der blauen Zone bekommt man für 40 Fr. eine Parkkarte.”
