    “Für große Gruppen/Familien, die keinen besonderen Komfort erwarten, eine gute und erschwingliche Ferienwohnung im wunderschönen Oberengadin. Positiv: Viele Zimmer mit Rückzugsmöglichkeit für die Großfamilie von mehreren Generationen.
    In der zwar sehr kleinen Küche ist jedoch alles vorhanden, was man für die Versorgung einer großen Gruppe braucht. 3 Badezimmer sind super - keine Engpässe, 3 Wohnungsschlüssel. 1 Garagenplatz im Haus, ein Stellplatz hinterm Haus. Skidepot und Skischuhtrockner in der Garagen (keine zusätzlichen Wege). Unkomplizierter Umgang mit dem Verwalter, basierend auf gegenseitigen Vertrauen, sehr angenehm. Negativ: Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Teppichboden müsste dringend erneuert werden, ebenso die Wasserhähne in Küche und Badezimmer sowie die Stühle am Esstisch.”

    “Grosszügige Wohnung, sonnige Lage. Positiv: Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer in die Berge Negativ: Sehr kleine Küche - unklar, wie man bei Vollbelegung der Wohnung für alle Personen darin kochen kann. Einige Mängel an der Wohnung, die auf Nachfrage behoben wurden (kaputte Herdplatte, tropfendes Lavabo). Kein Putzmaterial und kein funktionstüchtiger Staubsauger vorhanden.”
