    “Alles in allem, kann ich das Objekt nur empfehlen. Positiv: Die Wohnung, ist in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben worden und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Negativ: Leider war zu dieser Zeit gerade eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus und so war die Zufahrt teilweise erschwert und auch der Baulärm war nicht sehr angenehm. Da kann aber der Vermieter sowie Wohnung ja nicht dafür.”

    “Sehr grosse und grosszügige Wohnung. Balkon mit schönem Ausblick. Positiv: Sehr gute, ruhige und zentrale Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäckerei in Gehdistanz und wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch der Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle in Nähe.”

Zwei grosszügige und gut eingerichtige Schlafzimmer. Lift bis vor die Wohnungstür und Tiefgarage. Umfassende und freundliche Beteuung durch das Team Hotel Bernina. Negativ: Möblierung in Küche, Eingang und Wohnzimmer überaltert. Küche ist renovationsbedürftig und sollte dringend demnächst ausgewechselt werden. Alle Teppriche sind zu shamponieren oder auszuwechseln.”
