Landhaus Sonnenheim is located at about 300 m from the village center of Längenfeld, and makes a perfect holiday base for all kinds of activities in the scenic Ötztal mountains. The Sölden ski area is easily accessible within 15 driving minutes. In summer the area boasts magnificent hiking trails and climbing routes. At only 6 walking minutes from the AQUA DOME Spa Center - Tirol Therme Längenfeld.

Homey apartment (approx. 40 m²): 1 double room with sofa-bed (3rd person) and shower/WC. Spacious kitchen-cum-living room with solid extra bed (4th person), fully equipped with dishwasher, electric cooker and oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, satellite TV, west-facing balcony.
