Living at scenic Alpenapart Grüner - being a guest in Au near Längenfeld at the heart of splendid Ötztal valley - encircled by lush meadows and the magnificent Alpine scenery! Our eye-catching house in very modern design boasts a lovely larch wood facade. Huge windows promise bright and sun-flooded rooms plus enough space to feel at ease.
The AQUA DOME spa center of Längenfeld is only about 2 km away. The free skibus shuttle takes you from the front door straight to the top ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl, or to the family-friendly Hochoetz ski region. The bakery is right in the house and a restaurant just opposite.

Apartment Sandro (approx. 100 m²) has large windows providing superb views of Ötztal's mountains. The tall rooms and the natural building material (wood) with open roof timbering create a homely and truly unique atmosphere. The apartment offers 3 bedrooms (1 quadruple room, 1 double bedroom with washbasin and 1 twin bedroom with separate beds), 1 bathroom incl. bathtub with shower facility/WC, 1 shower with washbasin and 1 separate WC. The large fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room (electric kitchen stove with 4 cooktops, baking oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine with beans, electric kettle, toaster etc.) has a cozy dining area plus a large seating area just perfect to relax and unwind.
On the 10 m² furnished terrace you can end your fabulous day with a glass of fine wine in a deck chair!
