This comfortable holiday home is situated only 100 metres from the lake of Mälaren, and only 45 kilometres from Stockholm. It is located very close to the owner's home but it still offers privacy. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. The cottage features an open plan kitchen with a dining area. There is a small, cosy mezzanine with a low ceiling; 1,1 metres at the highest and 0,3 metres at the lowest. The bathroom contains a WC, wash basin, shower, and underfloor heating. There is also a sauna in the annex. The outdoor area is comfortable and offers a glimpse of the lake. There is a delightful little garden, in the back, with a pond and a small sauna and an outdoor shower. You will be staying 100 metres from the bay with it's lovely beach, where you can bathe and relax in the sun. By the dock you will find the boat that is included. Why not take it out on the lake for a some fishing and sightseeing? Adelsö is a beautiful island, sparsely populated in the wintertime, with a fascinating history. Or take a daytrip to Stockholm (45 km), a city that offers shopping, culture, historical sites and shopping! Please note that you must book the sauna. Rent 50 Swedish kronor a time.
