In the small heath village of Altenmedingen near the spa town of Bad Bevensen lies the beautiful half-timbered house with two holiday apartments in a quiet location close to the forest. Altenmedingen is located between the Hanseatic towns of Lüneburg and Uelzen.
There are well-marked hiking trails around Altenmedingen. The Ilmenau Cycle Path can also be reached quickly.
Two lovingly renovated, cozy, and modern holiday apartments (identical in design) on the upper floor of a former farmhouse in half-timbered style with a large garden for shared use on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. The apartments are suitable for 5 people and can also be booked together. Thus, they are the perfect accommodation for a family gathering or a small group.
The apartments are fully equipped (TV, radio, CD player, kitchen, and full bath with hairdryer). One of the two bedrooms is located in an open sleeping loft under the roof and can be accessed from the living area via a steep space-saving staircase. Both apartments feature a fireplace.

In the summer season from 01.05. to 30.09., heating is not available. Hot and cold water are, of course, available year-round. The existing fireplace is available for heating in the summer. Firewood for the fireplace is not provided.

For each vacation apartment, one parking space is available directly at the house. Each additional car costs 8 € per day.
Payment:
20% deposit must be transferred 7 days after booking. The remaining payment is due 14 days before arrival. For short-term bookings, payment is made in cash on-site.
Note:
A deposit of 100.00 € must be paid before taking possession of the apartment. If the vacation apartment is returned in proper condition upon departure, the deposit will be refunded in full.
