Whether loggia, kitchen, living room, bedroom or bathroom, thanks to the floor to ceiling windows you can enjoy a fantastic view of the boat traffic. In the kitchen there is no kitchenette, but a complete luxury kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, large induction plate, oven and a seating area for up to 6 people. In the living room is a 43 inch HD TV, a luxurious turndown sofa with a dream mattress (better than any bed). And a seating area.
The bedroom has a modern box spring bed, a spacious wardrobe, a modern chest of drawers and an extra large full-length mirror cabinet. The bathroom features a shallow shower with bench seat and ambient lighting, a lighted vanity, illuminated mirror and built-in radio. Finest! Guest toilet is extra available, also with illuminated mirror, radio and an automatically lowerable lid and a full length mirror.
The loggia has floor to ceiling glass elements so you can watch the sunset in autumn and winter. Welcome drinks (wine, water and breakfast coffee) are already on board.

We point out that there are currently new building projects in the area of the harbor basin and it can sometimes come to construction noise.
