Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit eigener Terrasse

Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral im Ortskern von Trassenheide in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhausgebiet gelegen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses.

Zu der Wohnung gehört ein eigener Gartenbereich, der voll eingezäunt ist. Auf die Terrasse gelangt man vom Wohnzimmer aus.

Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Tagesbett für zwei Personen, ein Bad mit Dusche sowie eine große Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit.

    “ALLES Super, jedoch:
    Das Objekt unterliegt einem "Sanierungsdruck", d.h., es besteht Sanierungsbedarf am und um das Gebäude. Aus Kostengründen ( so die Aussage des Hausmeistersevices) wird die Außenanlage nicht gewässert, d.h. jahreszeitlich vertrocknet der Pflanzenbestand.”
