The house is located in a quiet and central location with good train and bus connections, close to the Lahn cycle path. The apartment is well maintained and awarded by the association bed & bike as a bicycle - friendly operation. 

You have only a few minutes to swim, - wakeboard, - water ski lake Niederweimar. The lake is a popular place for sports and relaxation. Close to archaeological open-air museum Zeiteninsel

Separate entrance, terrace with furniture, in summer with beach chair, pillows and blankets, parking, hallway with cloakroom, shower room with sink, toilet and hairdryer. Living room with box spring double sofa bed (1.60 m), satellite TV and dining table. Bedroom with double bed (1,40m), wardrobe and armchair.

The kitchenette is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and laundry. As a special service, there is always tea and coffee in stock, of course free of charge.

No further costs for electricity, water, sewage, garbage, booking and final cleaning.
