In the heart of the village of Eus, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, this house with its panoramic terrace facing Mount Canigou offers a real haven of peace. Nestled at the foot of the Canigou massif, it is the ideal base for lovers of hiking or lazing around in the heart of the sunny village. The house has been renovated and personalised by the owner and is situated in a pretty village lane. Ground floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (wc). 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), 2nd floor: kitchen with day room with access on the 3rd floor to a large terrace of 35 m² with planxa and garden furniture with a breathtaking view, wc. Access to the village also via the terrace. Communal parking in the village, 150 m from the gîte.
