Holiday House in Xaló with Large Barbecue

Beautiful villa situated among vineyards on the outskirts of the town of Jalon, Alicante, with private pool. It has 3 double bedrooms (if 7 guests, we add an extra bed at no charge), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, kitchen equipped, large barbecue facing to the terrace and the pool, garage, 2 bathrooms, sun loungers, outdoor tables and chairs and plot fenced.

The Terra Mitica theme park is 30 minutes.

The villa is located in a quiet area just 15 minutes from the coast and Calpe agitation and between 20 and 30 minutes from the coast of Javea, Denia, Moraira and Altea.

The house is located in a beautiful area surrounded by vineyards. Here you can enjoy the pool and large barbecue. Its location Costa Blanca represents another, less known, which begins to open to the world, more real, more natural and certainly more surprising.

The town of Jalon is in her namesake valley surrounded by vineyards and almond.

    “La casa es tal y como aparece en las descripciones.

    Viajamos en familia con un total de 6 personas, la casa era perfecta para nosotros, muy espaciosa con todo lo que necesitábamos. La ubicación muy tranquila y agradable. El pueblo está más o menos a un kilómetro, donde están las tiendas, restaurantes,…

    La piscina y la barbacoa son deliciosas.

    El entorno es perfecto para pasear como nosotros que nos llevamos a Tobi, nuestro pastor belga, que disfrutó también de la casa ya está vallada y no teníamos que preocuparnos de que se fuese a pasear por su cuenta.

    El entorno de viñedos es muy bonito.

    Juan y Raúl, los propietarios fueron muy atentos.

    Seguro que volvemos. Restaurant: Bistro Selene - Este restaurante dispone de una excelente terraza bastante amplia donde puedes disfrutar de una brisa muy agradable, con comidas exquisitas y muy buen trato a un precio razonable. Ausflüge: El Forat de Bernia - Es una ruta circular en la sierra de Bernia. Nosotros subimos por Jalón con coche hasta la fuente de Bernia y cogemos el sendero directo al forat, que es un túnel natural que cruza la la sierra y llegamos a Altea, seguimos andando hasta los restos de un fuerte para volver a donde habíamos salido.”

    “Estuvimos en agosto en este chalet, es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Está en una zona muy tranquila cerca del pueblo. Los propietarios fueron muy amables. Nostros viajamos 5 adultos y un niño, hay mucho espacio para todos. La casa estaba bien equipada. Lo mejor la piscina y la barbacoa.”

    “Für den Preis war das Haus ganz in Ordnung (800€/14 Tage). Gerade im Bad sollte mal renoviert werden, aber alles funktioniert. Der Pool war sehr sauber (etwas kühl im Herbst :D ) und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Küche gut ausgestattet, aber man sollte alles erst mal abwaschen. Betten alt aber in Ordnung, genug Bettdecken etc. vorhanden. Der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang, eventuell haben wir es aber auch nur nicht genug probiert. Internet war top.
    Soweit ich das beurteilen kann, hat die ganze Straße keine Baugenehmigung und kann jederzeit abgerissen werden - zumindest wurde mir das zu den roten Metallschildern erzählt die dort stehen!”
