Beautiful villa in the best location in Nueva Andalucía: 4 minutes driving from Porto Banus and the beach, 100 meters from Mercadona (big supermarket) and the best restaurants and pubs, and next to the bus stop. Private and quiet, it offers a nice view of La Concha and the surrounding mountains. Decorated with taste and with all the amenities you need, it is perfect for families or a group of friends. The sofa-bed allows for a 9th person to sleep if necessary.

The villa lays in a 1,000 square meters plot with a 350 square meters building area.
Outside there is a big garden with flowers, palm trees and a large grass area, a nice swimming pool (10*6 meters) with deck and 2 terraces. One terrace has a large dinning table to eat outside, and the other a sofa and armchairs to have a rest and enjoy the breeze. Both areas have retractable awnings to protect you from the sun.
Inside, a first floor with a large living room with flat screen tv, dvd, sound system and a fireplace, a kitchen, a dinning room and a toilet.

The kitchen has an american fridge with ice dispenser, a dish washer, stove, oven, microwave and sink. Among the electrical appliances, you will find two different coffee machines (capsules and espresso/filter), a water boiler and a toaster.
Upstairs, 4 rooms with 2 bathrooms and a toilet, as well as a common area for the kids to play and an office.
Second floor rooms distribution:
Master room: king bed (180cms. wide) and private bathroom with both shower and bathtub.
Room 2: double bed (180csms. wide) Shared bathroom with both shower and bathtub.
Room 3: 2 single beds (90cms. wide each) Shared bathroom with both shower and bathtub.
There is also a small living room with a sofa bed in this floor.
Upstairs retreat (third floor):
Room 4: 2 single beds (90cms. wide each) and a private toilet. This space is ideal for kids or toddlers because it has it's own playing area.
There are 2 the garages: one at the entrance, where you can easily park 2 cars, and another one under the house, where you can park another 2 cars.
