Wohnung in freistehendem Haus an idyllischer Top-Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Dorfzentrum und Bahnhof. Freie Aussicht auf Engadiner Berge.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf zwei Geschossen und hat einen traumhaften, ruhigen und ganztags besonnten Gartensitzplatz. Maximale Privatsphäre ist garantiert, da das Haus freistehend und erhöht gelegen ist. Der Ausbaustandard ist einfach und zweckmässig, perfekt für unkomplizierte Bewohner.
Achtung: ab Parkplatz führt nur ein Fussweg von ca. 100m zum Haus. 
Diverse wunderschöne Wanderwege befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses. Mit dem Bike direkt starten auf die zahlreichen Biketrails. Der Bus hält 100m vom Haus damit gelangt man in Kürze ins Skigebiet. Thermalbad ist eine kurze Gehdistanz vom Haus entfernt, das Gipfeli zum Frühstück ebenfalls ein Katzensprung vom Haus entfernt im Laagers Bäckerei.

    “Ein schönes Häuschen an wirklich schöner Lage mit Gletscherblick, für gemütliche Familienferien bestens geeignet. Positiv: Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, netter Wohnbereich mut gemütlicher Stube und grossem Esstisch, einfache aber saubere und zweckmässige Schlafzimmer. Negativ: Da und dort ist Unterhalt erforderlich (Steckdosen, Fensterkitt, etc.), angesichts des Preises wäre das angebracht.”
