Our Apartments are situated in a very calm environment, nearly the wood, above the Millstätter Lake. Enjoy the amazing view over the village to the lake and the surrounding mountains. There are 2 Apartments in our house, once the apartment „Gusti“, which has 2 balconies and a really fantastic view from the sitting room over the lake, and then there is the apartment „Moni“ which has terrace and garden. We offer our guests the „Millstätterlake Inklusive Card“, what means free entry to the beachbathes around the lake, to the indoor swimming pool „Drautalperle“ in Spittal and much more. This card is including in our prices.

In our Apartment „Gusti“ you are spending your holidays in a 96 m² big Apartment, located on the ground floor.
Each room is equipped with parquet. In the bathroom you will find bathtub and shower. The apartment has 1 sleeping room, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 big kitchen with table and chairs, 1 dining/living room with a panorama window (the view will fascinate you) and 2 balconies.
The sleeping room is equipped with an double bed, the living room includes 2 Daybeds, which can be used as a sofa or a bed. Very beautiful is the bright fireplace.
One big balcony join to the kitchen, the other on to the living- and the sleeping room.

Please note that a additional costs ( electricity, etc ) of 6 , - / day in the summer and 9 , - / day in the winter months be expected to the total price!
