Integrated are a separate dining area with ceramic dining table for 4 persons (140 x 95 cm), an open kitchen in country house style with ceramic hob (4 plates), extractor bonnet, oven, Nespresso capsule machine and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fondue set (cheese and chinoise), raclette oven, fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher.
Direct exit from the living area to the spacious terrace.
Both bedrooms with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), spacious pine wardrobes, bedside tables and lighting.
Bathroom with WC, washbasin, bathtub with shower, large mirror, sufficient storage space, as well as a radiator for towels.
One bedroom with wooden floor, other rooms with tiled floor, underfloor heating.
The whole flat has been renovated and refurnished in 2020/21.

Engadine house with six flats, built in 1989. Quiet location on the outskirts of Celerina, only 4 km from traditional St. Moritz. House with storage room for bicycles/skis, washing machine, tumble dryer, tumble dryer and drying room for shared use. Underground parking, directly connected to the house.
On the well-sunny garden seating area you can linger comfortably and enjoy the view of the mountains.
There is enough garden furniture available.
Loading and unloading is possible directly in front of the house. Please note: This is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.

Coop 550 m, Volg and café/bakery 700 m. For larger purchases (incl. pharmacy) we recommend Samedan 2 km (bigger Coop, Migros, Denner, Aldi). Restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Railway station/post office 550 m. Bus stops 240 m (line 2) and 700 m (line 6).
