Magnificent Mallorcan country house very well located, where you can enjoy with your family all the modern comforts that the house offers, without giving up the charm of a typically Mallorcan construction. Located in a rural setting but close to the town of Santa María, where you will find a magnificent gastronomic offer and the most important wineries and vineyards in Mallorca, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, the train station. The city of Palma is just only 12km
EXTERIOR:
The villa has large gardens and terraces, with romantic spaces where you can rest, read a good book or have a drink in company. You will also enjoy bathing in the magnificent pool or sunbathing next to it. Or if you prefer, you can sit on a bench by the lake and watch the water run through the small stream. Next to the pool, the little ones will enjoy in the wooden house or playing a game of basketball.
If you like cycling, the villa has an area prepared to store bicycles. It also has a small gym located in a small house next to the main house, so you can stay in shape during the holidays.
INSIDE:
Low level:
Spacious living room with fireplace and living room with comfortable sofas, as well as another area that you access by a beautiful wooden staircase, and where you can relax in a rustic and very comfortable environment.
Large and perfectly equipped kitchen, with a typically Majorcan character and a beautiful old fireplace. Next to the living room there is a room with a beautiful king-size bed and a closet. Near the bedroom there is a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. We cross the distributor and arrive at another double room, with two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning. Next to the room there is a work area for guests who need to work during their stay. We continue to a leisure room equipped with a fireplace, large sofas and a large-format television. Next to this room there is another complete bathroom, equipped with a modern shower.
The magnificent covered barbecue is one of the attractions of this villa: Fully equipped for the best barbecues you can imagine, it has an indoor area for winter and an outdoor area for summer.

Upper floor:
The upper floor is occupied by an imposing room with a large double bed, a complete bathroom en suite and a living room. It also has a terrace facing south with magnificent views of the field of almond trees, and another sun terrace facing the wonderful mountains that make up the "Serra de Tramuntana", a World Heritage Site.
In summary, this villa has everything you need to spend an unforgettable stay in one of the best located areas of the island. Ideal for summer, with mountains and beaches just a few kilometers away, and also for winter, with wood-burning fireplaces to spend pleasant evenings by the fire, nearby routes for hiking in a natural environment, or strolling through the town of Santa María and enjoy its restaurants, wineries and the traditional market that is held every Sunday in the town square.
