The holiday apartment built in 1998, renovated in 2002 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residence. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Tignale, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a 1200 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. In the Residence the appartments GAR TIG 002 (without lake view) and 003 (4 people each) and GAR TIG 004 (without lake view) and 005 (6 persons each) are located. Tignale is a consortium of six villages that are widely spreaded on a plateau above the western lake. This town is the ideal place for total relaxation, away from the crowds at the lake. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 6 m). Parking lot on the property.

Outdoor pool (4 m x 12 m, depth 1.35 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of April to mid of October. The indoor swimming pool can also be used by children, but it is not suitable for small children. The outdoor pool is open from 0.80 to 1.35 m. deep and thus Suitable for small children.
