On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Brissago, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the lake, south-east facing position. Private: property (fenced), garden (fenced). Patio (56 m2), pergola, terrace (10 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. 300 m footpath (60 steps) to the house. Single garage at 250 m, public parking 300 m on the road extra. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Locarno "SBB FFS CFF" 10.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km.     “Sehr netter, deutsch-sprechender Service. Sauber und üppig ausgestattete Küche. Insgesamt ein sehr heimeliches und gemütliches Häuschen.
    Das Gärtchen hinterm Haus haben wir nicht genutzt, da man von dort aus den See nicht sehen kann, aber vom Balkon aus hat man einen genialen Blick und er reicht gut zum Essen zu viert.”
