    “Sehr gute Lage; Strand, Freizeitpark, Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung in eher desolatem Zustand, Kastentüren klemmten, Tischtuch verschnitten etc. Die Reinigung war miserabel, wir mussten vor unserem Gebrauch alles putzen! Tisch, Stühle und Boden waren klebrig und staubig. WC war auch nicht sauber. Die Fensterscheiben an der Loggia waren so staubig und schmutzig, dass wir darauf schreiben konnten. Das Geschirr im Schrank klebte auf den Tablaren. Insgesamt trafen wir eine sehr dreckige, verunreinigte Wohnung an. Sehr gute, ruhige Lage. Div. gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb von 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Lunapark und Aquapark zu Fuß in 10 - 15 Min. erreichbar.
