The lowest roof slope in one of the bedrooms on the upper floor is 50 cm. The spacious pool terrace with comfortable sun loungers exudes vacation atmosphere and is a dream. If you want to practice sports, there are tennis courts near the house, a beautiful, child-friendly pebble beach is easily accessible in a few minutes by car. Although the house is located on a street, the fenced garden ensures that your children can play here carefree. Selca is located in the tranquil eastern part of the island of Brac and here you can really enjoy swimming on the beaches of numerous bays. Brac lives mainly from tourism, fishing and agriculture with vineyards and olive groves.
