The standig individually holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2004 is rustic furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court. Kurmassage locally by arrangement with the landlord.

Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in a separate building on the property. When booking for 5 people, only the ground floor is available. Private bathroom for each bedroom. The minimum booking is three nights. Enclosed plot surrounded by a fence. From the street an iron fence with a lockable gate. Grill, kettle, disc available. With large covered outdoor terrace. Restaurant, town center, playground, shop nearby. Quiet, peaceful location. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house. Parking is right in the yard in a safe place.

air conditioner, central heating (gas). Air conditioning in every upstairs bedroom. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and dryer. TV reception takes place via electric wire. In addition to Hungarian, there are also foreign channels.
