You live with us on the ground floor and use the entire ground floor for yourself. Our house is located just outside the town center and yet right in the middle of a holiday paradise.

In winter you can access the network of cross-country trails almost directly behind the house. The cable car is within walking distance (600m). For small or big hunger there are nearby restaurants with take away service. Anyone who wants to be pampered can have breakfast after a short morning walk at Johnny's in Café 172. Numerous winter hiking trails in Kaiserwinkl want to be walked and the view promises a pure mountain panorama!

Do you like active holidays? Then you are exactly right with us. You can start both short and more demanding bike tours directly from your accommodation. We have tested many of the hiking tours ourselves and are happy to provide information about them. If you like it a little more comfortable, you can relax by the lake during the day and end the evening with a glass of wine in the "mountain panorama". You have decided to spend a holiday with us with your children! We have a lot of experience with activities with children and are happy to pass this on to our guests.

2 bedrooms with double beds and a sleeping possibility on the couch offer space for 5 people. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and eat like at home. We offer you 3 flat screen TVs as well as free access to WiFi so that you can really feel at home with us. In addition to a dining area with a mountain panorama, you can also enjoy the breathtaking view from the seat window and on the couch. With internal, electrically operated blackout venetian blinds, we have ensured that you can sleep in for a really long time on holiday. During the renovation in 2022, we paid particular attention to the fact that people with walking disabilities or wheelchair users can also feel comfortable with us. So there are only 2 small steps (1.5 cm) in the entire apartment. The shower with folding seat can be reached at ground level. All doors have a clearance of 80cm.
